SEAS Workshop: Integrating Climate Risk and Nature-based Risk into Enterprise Risk Management

Climate risk and nature-based risk are emerging as critical risk classes that businesses must address. Whether mandated for disclosure or not, understanding and integrating these risks into an enterprise’s risk management system is essential for organizational resilience and capitalizing on new opportunities. This workshop provides the tools and methodologies necessary to effectively manage these risks and enhance your business strategy.

This workshop :

• Identify climate and nature-related risks according to the latest international frameworks and mandatory regulations
• Understand uncertainties in climate and nature-related risks, and apply scenario analysis to see how responses to different scenarios can improve resilience of your business strategy
• Learn the methodology to incorporate climate and nature-related risks in an enterprise’s risk management framework.
• Understand how to diversify such risks, identify opportunities and adapt in a dynamic, resource challenged world with supply chain disruptions
